I am so pleased to be part of the McDonald community, and to have the opportunity to help build another international school in Seattle. It feels as though history is repeating itself as I begin my relationship with all of you and this wonderful new program.
Twelve years ago I was hired by Latona Elementary, and sat in this very office at Lincoln. At the time, the Latona building was under renovation, and plans were being carried out to transition Latona into the John Stanford International School beginning fall of 2000.
I am astounded that I have the chance to be part of this incredible journey once again, and offer my experience to your community. I love what I do, and truly look forward to guiding more young students on their way to becoming self assured, bilingual, global citizens.
